Most recently Ed was the Associate Director for Beautiful – The Carole King Musical at the Aldwych Theatre in London’s West End.
Previous directing credits include: Stig of the Dump (Tabard, Chiswick), Phantasmagoria (East Midlands Youth Theatre), The Other Woman (Tricycle, Bath and Edinburgh Festivals), Royal Variety (Man in the Moon) Charlie Sexboots (Man in the Moon, Chelsea,The Circus, Stratford, Boxer Rebellion, Chicago), Tin Pan Pals (Drayton Court Theatre), How He Lied to Her Husband / Overruled (King’s Head, Islington), Alfie (Drayton Court Theatre), and Grand Hotel (Edinburgh Festival).
Opera credits include: Revival Director for Carousel (Opera North) and as Associate director for Kiss Me, Kate (Opera North / Welsh National Opera), which will play at the London Coliseum in 2018 .
He was the Resident Director for West End musicals Whistle Down The Wind, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Woman in White and Billy Elliot.
